Just an FYI - I replaced my CPI unit with a Delco MFI. Noticed a slight improvement in throttle response so I was happy. About a month after the replacement I started having "extended cranking" issues like a fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump bleeding down which I could see by leaving my pressure gauge attached overnight. After replacing the pump with no change and a whole lot of other fooling around to diagnose it, I remove the throttle body and by using a flexible camera finally found one of the lines leaking where it attached to the injector. Fortunately the dealer I bought it from warrantied it and it's been fine ever since. Just because it's new doesn't mean it's any good....

I just ended up grabbing an ACdelco unit off Amazon as well. Didn't want to pay the higher local price for the same part and scored it for $250 shipped with gaskets and bracket. Also grabbed a new pump for $130 so it'll all be new.

When I got the top intake off there was a very clean spot on the lower intake on the rear 2 driver side cylinders. So obviously it was failing and leaking fuel into the intake. It didn't look like the regulator gave up, I think it was a injector/tube failure on one of those 2 cylinders.

Gotta get her cleaned up good and put back together. Then get the Summit shorties on and front O2 sensors and I'll be able to start her up and see if the rough idle and lost power issue is fixed. I'm hoping this also helps the stumble it was having too.
