So that's where I'm at now, it's all soaking in Chemtool except the Injectors, IAC, TPS and the rubber boots for the injector plugs.

The pics of the screws in the boxes if anyone doesn't know, is keeping the screws in orientation of where they came out from so I don't forget and **** it up... I have a bad habit of forgetting where **** goes even after taking a pic of it lol..

The fuel pressure diaphragm is a pain in the ass to get it lined up straight while pushing the spring down. Took me several tries to get it right!

Starting reassembly what this all looked like after 24 hours in the Chemtool and then a dawn and hot water bath.

Started with the injectors. Removed old o-ring and screen and replaced with new o-ring and screen. You'll see in your kit two tiny little bitty plastic pieces with a little bitty screen, one goes in each injector. I lubed the o-rings with some Lucas Gun Oil, twas all I had handy at that moment. Be sure you do lube them so they won't tear when pressing the injectors back into the housing.

When installing the injectors, you get two metal "backup" washers and two larger o-rings as well. The washers go in first, then the o-rings, then the injectors, make sure you align the stud on the injectors with the slot in the housing, it'll then pop back in. Fuel pump regulator wasn't too bad, main problem was keeping the diaphragm flat while pushing the housing down. You also get two new nylon washers for the fuel fittings.
