Chrome that has started rusting is rusted. They will clean up but it will be a constant struggle to keep them nice. Painted wheels are soap and water maintenance. You could run the chrome in summer when easy to clean and painted for winter when the roads are salted.

Yeah that's pretty much went I didn't buy them. Decided to stick with the rally wheels until I run across a good deal. Eventually I will. Wanting to do my drop soon, 2/4 probably and I think it will still look fine with my wheels until I find what I want.
