Hey guys, I have a carrier bearing that for some reason the rubber seems to be a lot smaller than the metal casing, the rubber hasnt split the bands in the middle, but the outer portion looks, for want of a better description, to have shrunk. It is almost like there is a spacer underneath missing , but not like the ones you buy to lift the carrier casing. I can grab my driveshaft and move it up and down and the whole bearing rubber moves inside the casing.
I will try to take a pic tonight after work.
Anyway, Summit comes up with quite a few options and because I am new to these and live in New Zealand, I don't want to buy the wrong one and have to send it back halfway across the world at my cost.
There is one Moog option, and about 3 Timkens.
Can anyone help me pick the correct one or show me how to go about it?
