I finally got around to changing out the fuel filter. Glad I did, the filter was a little clogged but not enough to show any symptoms of a clogged fuel filter (hesitation, hard starts, etc.). Out with the old and in with the new.

It's been a while since I've posted anything so here's an update. Nothing has been done since, main thing I really need to do is give it a wash. Although the only thing stopping me is last week I got all four wisdom teeth removed and am taking it easy at home, making sure that I recover properly and don't bust my stitches open. What makes the wisdom teeth removal worse was that all four were impacted and never popped out (all four were growing at a 45 degree angle relative to my molars) so surgery was required to extract them. I'll probably try to wash the truck within the week hopefully, if not it'll definitely be next week.

Felt better today and gave the truck a much needed wash.
Oh yeah, I also realized that the marker lights are yellowing so there goes another thing on the list haha.

Man have I been slacking on this thread... I replaced the yellowing marker lights with brand new OEM ones back in early August. I'll post pics of the burb once I get home.

Also, it needs a wash once again... we took it to Carnegie and its filthy now. Only thing stopping me is my neck, I high sided my bike at 25MPH and landed on my neck. Oh yeah... I didn't have a neck brace on either. Going to school the next day was fun... I had to wear a neck brace haha. Thank God my neck isn't broken, just some whiplash. Slowly recovering from it, I never realized how much the range of motion in my neck mattered.

Thanks man, it's been almost a week now and am about 90% better. Still sleeping with the neck brace on though.

Sorry to hear about your cousin. I hope he's doing well.

I'm so thankful of the way things turned out. If I fell a little bit more on the top of my head I'm willing to bet I would've ended up with a broken neck. Also, I was in full gear (minus a neck brace because I didn't have one). I definitely learned my lesson that day. I never thought I needed a neck brace for trail riding, but I am 100% wrong. Once I got home I ordered a Leatt GPX 4.5 Neck Brace (recommend by my friend who does motocross)

EDIT: I forgot to mention that the bike lucked out as well, no mechanical damage just some new scratches and the bark busters got shoved down.
