Dropping the dash because I think the evaporator is leaking coolant, but figure I'll do some other stuff while the dash is out. Any thing you wish you had done when the dash was out?

  • Inspect / replace heater core
  • Clean out ducting
  • Dynamat / seal for rattles and road noise
  • Clean mode actuator doors (they stick)
I'll add on to this list as I go along too

I wish I would've done a better job of cleaning around the heater core & evaporator,it all works good but I think it could be better. You have that covered though.

Added hummingbird fuel gauge fix. Also going to reset my temp gauge and oil pressure gauge to read what the ECU reads.

Take the entire AC box apart, check and make sure the blend doors inside are in good shape. The rubber seals connected to the plastic doors flaps on mine were completely dried and cracked. I didn't get new ones but I will next time the dash comes out. I did apply rtv gasket makers to the whole thing to keep a better seal.
