all together,i have 6 sets of them lol one more set and I would totally do that, all the ones I have now are different colors,i got the red ones, lime green, white, blue, orange, and purple, and they've all been on the truck within a month before haha,I'm too indesicive to have just one set to paint lol. I thought about doing teal, but my last Honda was gray and teal,so I can't do that I guess. The 22s I had were on some kinda beefy tires,i cant remember what the size was but it touched and I didn't want to trim and roll the fenders lol what size tire are you running? I think mine are 235/65/15s on the back,205/65/15s up front and I never hit the fenders now lol. My step side looks un proportional with the 235s and 205s,but they're almost new so they get to stay:Big Laugh:
I'm actually still running stock size tires still. I can't remember the size, but I'll check on my lunch break!

For first time shaving stuff, looks like you done it a few times! Looks great man!
I'm far from perfect. I haven't welded in probably 10 years and have never done body work in my life. Honestly, your post and YouTube have been how I have gotten this far, lol. I got some more work done on the bed. I got the floor and tubs tacked in and started making the filler plates and getting them into location. I have filler plates for the floor also, but forgot to take pictures.

I just used the inner bedside wheel tub pieces for my fillers. Barely had to bend them to get them perfectly lined up. But man your killing it! Looking amazing!

Lol, your probably referring to the gaps at the floor of the wheel tubs tho.. I just used a cereal box and kept trimming it with scissors to get the template right. Lol, easier to find at a moment's notice.. But cereal and dry food boxes make amazing template material. easy to trim and find. And doesn't fold up on you like regular cardboard.. And thicker than using paper.. Lol

I got the fillers done on the side of the tubs. The floor is what I'm trying to find time to complete, haha. I've been using thin cardboard also. I haven't had much time to work on it recently because the girlfriend seems to like to fill up any of my free time with plans, lol. Can you post up some pics of your bed mounting brackets? I'd like to see what everyone did for theirs!

Both trucks are looking good, keep up the good work!
Thanks! A learning/working progress. A lot of errors will occur I'm sure. My biggest worry is going to be setting pinion angle. I've decided to build a frame table type setup out of 2x2 square tubing and build an entire back half possibly. We will see haha

No real updates. I've been so busy with the 11 in my spare recently. Lastnight I was sitting in the garage and was about to start making filler plates to go between the floor and tubs when I had an idea. I took several C clamps and tightened the floor to the tub using the lip where the spot welds were. No filler plates needed. Laid down a few tacks and it's gonna work just fine! Still have to get the bottom fillers, but I'm super close to finishing welds, seam sealing, and bedliner! Then some dreaded body work. I will start the bag/body drop as soon as I'm done with the bed. Currently looking into a shop to rent with a 2 post lift so I'm hoping that goes through. Also, it's a dark and cloudy day here in OKC so I couldn't pass up a good photo opp!
