Exhaust for obs LS swap?

What kind of exhaust are you guys running on the LS swaps?

I currently have stock manifolds and wanted to know if there was a direct fit y-pipe off a specific truck I could use instead of getting something welded up. Thanks

Used hedman headers for 3 swaps fit like a glove but all were med length.

I have a set of 99-06 Texas speed long tubes sitting in my garage waiting to go on my 6.0 swap but I can't guarantee fitment yet

Schoenfeld Headers 1302LS1 is what I used, fit very well.

I used the oem 5.3 exhaust manifolds and cut outs. I had a custom Y pipe done with 3" pipe to a single outlet with a Dynomax Turbo II. I did not want a loud exhaust and opted for a Dynomax Turbo II. It sounds like an Escalade's factory exhaust.

Maybe not what you want to hear but I went with the Schoenfeld headers and custom 3" dual exhaust with an x-pipe and Magnaflow mufflers dumped before the axle, couldn't be happier with how it sounds.

I am pretty sure the y pipe from an 01 2500hd would fit fine, I cut mine up to make my turbo set up but remember holding it up in the stock spot thinking how easy a N/A build would of been.

I have a stock 5.3, with stock manifolds. I used about 4" of the OE exhaust off the manifold, for the flanges and O2 bungs. The rest is 2.5 pipe, curved pieces from the scrap bin at an exhaust shop, off a 2010 Camaro. The straight sections are from the parts store. Two Dynomax race bullets.
