On my 1995 suburban, as with other OBS trucks, the driver's window will go down automatically if you hold the switch down for a few seconds. Is there any way to get it to do this going back up?

@gmachinz makes harness kits that can do this I believe. Send him a message if you're interested in buying one.

I just replaced the window motor in my wife"s Grand Cherokee and the new motor has the polarity backwards so the switch is now backwards. Goes up auto now but manual down.

Yes-it would need to use (2) stand alone modules instead of going through the BCM but it would not be a difficult splice upgrade.

lol I've seen that before with aftermarket motors. I bet somebody wasnt paying attention when they were building it and wired it for a RH door instead of LH or vice versa.

The Jeep is just her winter ride so it is staying that way. She has her Mustang convertible for 9 months a year

Do you know how much he sells the harness kit?

My buddy was working on a Mercedes-Benz well the drivers window wouldn't go down so he took off the switch from the passenger door and installed it on the drivers door well when he tried it out the switch would still roll down the passenger window it freaked us out.
