Where do I attach my ground to alternator? (PIC)

So the way I understand it is that the rectifier sits against the back of my alternator case. But my positive comes out on that side too. So I'm not sure where a good spot for ground to go is or if my assumption is even correct regarding rectifier location. Any help is appreciated.

The alternator is grounded through the bracket. It does not have a separate ground wire.

Yes. That's the stock configuration. But I'm upgrading to 0/1 ga cables and you're supposed to allow the alternator to complete the circuit back to the battery so the current doesn't have to travel through the bracket, the block and all the rest of the garbage.

I guess not too many people do this but it's def better - in theory. I thought more people here might have done this mod

Hey guys my trucks two grounds that go to the thermostat housing bolt we’re broke off I put a new eyelet and it’s all good now just a heads up because as I wrote above my eyelet broke off.
