I'm still keeping an eye out for more at our pic n pull, Idunno why they got rid of the other Rovers. I know they had a weekend long half off sale a few weeks ago.. I'm guessing they got ***** pretty good. I couldn't find anything I wanted. But did find the few interior pieces for the extended cab, and honestly didn't expect to ever find those.. Lol I'm praying they refresh the inventory soon. I hate when they do those sales.
I hear that, the pick it yourself yards are nearly gone here, they want to pull it for you and don't even allow you to go in the yard and look for yourself.

That's how the junk yards are here now! "Insurance purposes "..we have just one yard that will let you go do it yourself, but they never have anything good. The pic n pull is a few counties away, but you never know when they refresh the inventory.. Lol
We went last week and I was soooo freaken mad, everything was bare. Even though I found three pieces of plastic interior parts, to me it was a complete waste of gas. Half the yard was even empty. I know the last time they did a half off sale, they completely refilled the yard with different vehicles.. I'm really really hoping that's what's happening now. Wanna get a windshield and back glass, and that sunroof. Was hoping to score nice doors.. Only doors there left were completely bent up or dented badly. The nice red crew cab I took pics of a long time ago, it's actually still there.. Well, the cab shell is.. Lol and a front fender because some idiot ran a wheelbarrow into it. It's freaken gutted worse than my Sport.. Lol

Yeah they really pic stuff over during those sales! I am surprised someone hasn't gotten that crew cab shell to build something with.

Got the bed mounted today. Decided to say screw it and shave the fuel door and reuse the pop up fuel filler again.. Lol
Made a cardboard template and shaped a piece of metal to make a cover for the tube running through the bed. I'll bedline it later. Not what I had planned to accomplish today.. But I guess it was a pretty decent day.

I know you posted the link to the pop up fuel filler when you did it the first time, but I cannot find it to save my life! Started shaving my bed up a couple of days ago and have tried to find your link since then, haha. A little help? You've inspired my build!

Forgot to post this..
We set one of the wheels on to see how it clears..

Also, the body lines line up perfectly.. But why is the bottom of the bed a little higher than the cab?? Is a 98 different than a 89? I've noticed the doors and fenders are also slightly flatter on the older bodies. It's weird. I had the same stuff happen with my old S10.. It was a 91, and any time I got an older fender or something it was not as curved outward.
