Also added a full flow filter to power steering (post cooler), and 'while I was in there' pulled trigger on making coolant bypass filter happen.

I got a 1.75" coupler on ebay with 1/4npt already in it that I have right there on upper radiator hose, and return from filters goes back to reservoir

Thank you.

It was no easy feat, nor a cheap one but worth every minute and dime.

I retract any indication of late model 3500s being the only ones with PS cooler.
I stand corrected.

My 97 K2500 Suburban didn't have one, so I added one along with matching trans cooler go oil cooler, and then just went bat **** crazy on stainless EVERYTHING.

Just saw this... damn well-fitting/laid out cooling/filtering system, quality work indeed!
What did that power steering cooler come from? Looks kinda like a Ford auto-trans cooler... (across the top of the support).
Im also of the mindset to do things to make them better and more durable... (aircraft spec)

It is a Dorman 918-300
Pretty sure it was spec'd for an 04 Envoy.

It was a little bigger of an undertaking than I was anticipating but nothing impossible to overcome. One of the brackets needed rivets drilled out and moved to be wider as to not rub on ac condenser, and every bracket from neighboring coolers and hood latch support needed cut outs made in them.

Just wondering where did you get those oil cooler brackets and sorry if I'm years late of asking

They are both factory oil cooler brackets.
The OIL cooler (driver side) remained the same size so I used the existing brackets I started with.
Side note: there is one size larger cooler from B&M/Long that is same width but taller that will fit, (you'd need to fab up an upper bracket) but it would have taken up the space I used for PS cooler.
The TRANS cooler (passenger side) I matched the size to the oil cooler (symmetry just made sense here) and I pulled the oil cooler brackets off off my parts burb.
As expected: air damn needed modified a bit and had to put a couple new holes in upper and lower radiator support.
I don't remember what type of fasteners were used to attach brackets to radiator support(s) but I wasn't sastifed with whatever they were and at the time recently discovered rivnuts. So everything got 5/16" rivnuts & bolts (yes, all stainless) with 243 loctite [emoji106]

OK so I'm guessing those brackets only came with the 2500 and 3500 models because my 1500 has different looking brackets and I installed a oil cooler like the ones you have on your truck and I had modified the ones I already had
