Did it previously have larger tires on it? Asking because of the cut bumper

No when I bought it front bumper was bent . Went to the pull and pay found that bumper already cut. Figured I wouldn't have to cut it later down the road.

Top of cab beat, and new cowl Hood pretty bad. I been crying all day.
