Haha, yeah Im trying to keep a sunny disposition about it. Now if i do end up drilling it off or somehow manage to pull that off, will it be a problem running 6 lug fronts with 8 lug rears, if the tires are the same size?

Your current rear axle is a 9.5 14 bolt. You can convert that axle to six bolt by changing the shafts and brake parts

Im pretty sure that's an old whiplash lift. 8-10". I had one On my truck years ago before I put in the solid axle.

Well, I found some rims that come the same size, with both bolt patterns for it I believe.

Would have to find out if they fit otherwise.
And thanks, I will look around for the bolts, it has a new trans in it, and they didnt have an inspection cover on it, so I bought one, cant get it on until I do the exhaust, as my rear pipes are falling apart.

Today Ive been playing with the torsion bars, as it rode worse than driving a boat on pavement. Of course I found them fully cranked. So I got out the breaker bar and backed them both out to about flush with the bracket, lowered it a ton, and all of the angles on ball joints etc look even now. Got a little more playing with it to get it level side to side, but am wondering if I went too far. Should the lower arms be about level looking to the ground?
And yes it has an incredible rake now, will have to get a smaller block or something.
your angles look great, you could stand to go up an inch or so to try to get rid of some of the rake if you wanted to or leave it the way it is and get different blocks for the rear.

Well from what I was told it is a skyjacker lift that they do not make anymore apparently. The upper arms are newer, and the bolts with the offset washers worry me because they dont thread all the way through the nut. Any idea where I can get longer bolts that have that notch?
Yeah the rake is about 3 1/2 inches, and it only has 3 inch blocks in the rear, due to the extra spring I believe it has. Should I just remove the block altogether?

Oh, I found a picture from when I bought it. It seems like a shame to do what Im doing to it, but really need something a bit more practical.
