Dropping oil pressure

thanks for all the help. im sure this is going to take a while to do, but at some point this year, it might be up and running again.

i'd just find some straight 50 wt and I'd bet it will improve your pressure a bit. I've had this problem before and for some reason straight weights help improve pressure where even a 20W/50 does not do much. A quart or two of Lucas engine oil treatment can help boost pressure too! Most likely at this point you will be on borrowed time so plan for an engine swap sooner rather than later or rebuild as funds allow.

so nearly a year later, im finally getting the motor swapped, perhaps this weekend. where is the ECM located, and how do i get in touch with Blackbear for a tune, if he still does it?

It sits over the driver's side front wheel in the engine compartment, five electrical connectors hooked up to it. You can't miss it.

thanks for the fast reply. i may be towing the burb and new motor to a guys house for the swap tomorrow, so i wanted to do the computer asap. its been sitting dead since last august, and the new motor has been waiting to go in for nearly a year.
