Scroll down a little to the Trim Code Formulas section, select the year of your truck and download the PDF.

Our local paint supply shop happens to carry SEM products and I was able to have them mix and fill a couple of cans in the color I needed. I love working with this product. As for prep I just use Dawn liquid dishwashing soap and warm water, clean thoroughly, let dry, wipe down with 70% rubbing alcohol just prior to paint to remove any other dirt or contaminants and then spray a light coat and so on. I've used this method for years and have never had an issue with peeling or lifting. Prep is definitely the key.

LMC Truck has a can of paint for dashboards and other plastic interior objects: http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cd/full.aspx?Page=60

I have been told it supposed to match the OEM interior paint. I was thinking about buying the blue to recover my blue dash, since it is starting to fade.

@89RCLB, thank you for that link. Just downloaded the 1998 pdf. :) However, I did notice there was no Indigo Metallic Blue on there, must be navy blue.

Check your RPO codes, there should be trim color(s) information on the Service Parts Identification sticker.
