ok....so it's beautiful out...60* and sunny.......had a horrible week t work....my brother had an accident on a bike at work and broke his face in multiple places....we've been considering leaving but keep each other going back and grounded.....it's a way worse time for his family too.

anyway.....so i change the break in oil and decide to put in the amber fogs that Daniel Stern recommended......i used the link he provided in our e-mails as he get's a small "vig" from amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00M9NIB9I/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

a "candlepower" store deal....that didn't come from Candlepower......some "Powersport Superstore inc."..........tie to contact amazon for a refund on yet antother chinacrap part.....like the "OEM fog lights"

man......i went this route when i realized i was going to have problems with the BCM on my bike and these fogs were going to be a "temporary" install.........it went sideways when i opened the package.....what the fukk was i thinking?

yea.....i re-soldered it on the bike and put it together.

Those are the worst solder joints I have ever seen in my life.

Should be nice and shiny, not slushy and grey. Way, way too cold a joint.

truest thing i heard today........chinese solder and chinese candle.

these may be re-boxed Wagner lamps......i don't know. i do know i'm sick of buying ****** garbage.

those PAR 36 size lenses i got from KC were possibly made in the USA iirc......at least the box was.

this country needs to STOP trading with ****** *****.......lead painted toys and all. it's the innocent folks from there i feel for.

few guys were pulling bikes into the shop 3 nights ago, from the parking lot, close of day.....he slowed for another guy front of him.....he locked both brakes at 7MPH.....was a fine misty rain....bike just dumped to the right...and him landing on the side of his face. busted cheek bone and eye socket, nerve damage.....plates and screws for him.....now we're one man down too.

light rain or mist is the wort to ride in.....heavy rain is best......it's better to fall off the top of a 6' ladder than the second step.

i'm takin a ride out to visit him now.....make fun of his crooked lookin face
