black & Chevy.

would it be easier to use the grille insert that your in a GMC grille shell? It already has the big grille opening, might be less work.

You know, thats a great idea....might check the junkyards see what they have...hahah putting a GMC grill on a chevy so I can put a chevy logo on it...that makes me smile

Well haven't got any fab work done yet...decide to hold off until all my lights and hitch stuff i ordered came in to make sure everhting fits in the model.. BUT started design work on the rear bumper. Same process, remove bumper, scan, model. Here is what I'e come up with so far.

What do you think about seeing how it looks with larger diameter tubing on the bumpers?

Sorry, got busy with some stuff and couldn't work on my own projects :(. What were you looking more pictures of? All of them or just the chase rack? I'll be able to work some more on them next week so hopefully i can get them finished up. Here is where I am currently at with the fab.

Andy, as for the tube diameter, I can work with up to 2", but wanted to stick with the 1.5" for a more lightweight & speedy baja or prerunner look. My shop can design and fabricate one if you're interested.

I was more so interested in hearing your thoughts on it. Where's your shop located? Nice work!

Cool. Yeah I'll get some more pics of the rack when it starts coming together. Didn't grab anymore screenshots other than that one.

My shop is in Pickens, SC, a small town outside of Clemson at the foot of the Appalachian mountains. We started with designing and building 3 wheel sports cars similar to the Ariel Atom, but recently have been starting to do more off-road fabrication due to the local demand.
