That LOOKS like a kit that includes Anzo 111004 headlights and 511032 parking lights... But unfortunately it's impossible to be sure without seeing the individual part numbers of the items. If that is the case though, they're great lights. I run those part numbers in both of my trucks. (EDIT - Not running the Anzo parking lights any more, switched to DNA Motoring that are similar. Pics in the thread I linked below.) We've discussed them quite a bit in other threads, seems like the Anzos I have are about the best aftermarket headlights you can get for these trucks with a clear plastic lens. Spyder makes some that are very similar but glass instead of plastic. Not sure on those corner lights, never used them.

Here's a link to a great thread with info on the Anzo part numbers I listed, plus the Spyder glass housings I mentioned. I know it's long, but there's a ton of good information and pictures in here. Worth a skim at the very least.

EDIT #2 - Pictures of the Anzo headlights I listed and the DNA Motoring parking lights installed are on pages 19 and 21 of that thread. Beam pictures from inside the cab facing down a gravel road are on page 91.

Thanks for the info and the link. I searched anzo's website first then googled the part number I found so it "should" be the right ones. I've read a lot on here about anzo being good so we'll see when they get here.

You're welcome! You're right, Anzo themselves do list that kit you posted. One thing that concerns me though, Anzo makes two different, almost identical sets of those headlights. Part number 111004 which I have in my trucks, and part number 111136. I've only used 111004, so I can't speak to the quality of the other set at all. Once again though, the other set doesn't come with bulbs, so it appears that the kit includes 111004.

I'm leary of anything Anzo, after buying a set of headlights from them, only to see they're cheap chinese crap. Worse is that numerous emails to Anzo yielded absolutely no response whatsoever. I'm pissed they got my $ only to sell me some kind of crap made by kids from the temple of doom or something.

Unfortunately it's kind of a crapshoot with any of these aftermarket headlight companies, as they're all made in China in a couple different factories. Spyder makes garbage projectors and spaceship looking housings for out trucks, so does Anzo. They also each make some of the best aftermarket options available. Best bet is to stick with a reflector that resembles the factory one as much as possible.

The specific parts OP is asking about should be decent stuff. The simple chrome reflector Anzo and Spyder housings seem to work just fine.
