Pinion set at 0 degrees. There's a little room for the driveshaft.

A couple of questions, and a couple of observations; First, are you retaining the stock Corvette spring? second, I'm curious as to why you kept the stock trailing arms.

This is a swap I've been researching for a while now, and I've found very little out there. But the stuff I have found, leads me to believe the stock spring just wont cut it in one of our trucks-especially an extra-cab. Most guys go to a coil over, but I have an airbag solution in mind for mine. I'm also going to run much longer trailing arms-probably to the front leaf spring mount area. Keeps the geometry better throughout the suspension travel. the reason the Vette had such short ones was because they ran out of room. And it was somewhat of a compromise that they came up with.

Following this! I have a 97 2wd SB C1500 that I just bought a 95 C4 corvette complete to do both the front and rear conversion. Could not find ANYTHING anywhere other than here for this vintage truck....

I'll be going with a coil over soon. The stock trailing arms are perfect for the setup I want. I want the geometry to stay short and close to the frame as this truck is going to use for road courses for the ls fest. I will be making adjustable trailing arms in the next couple of weeks.
