96 centurion 2500 turbo diesel 4x4 standerd bed

figured out the 4wd issue. it was just the switch on the transfer case, the weather pack sealing ring was missing and terminals had corrosion, scraped them off for now and works perfect again! going to replace the switch,weather pack connector and terminals when i get a chance, but works good for now.

your truck does/is look/ing good love what you've done to it.
can't believe you did that to your upper intake. it looks REAL good. i removed the casting marks also but painted it black. did the same on the lower half. removed the mounting tabs for the FFM and moved it to the inner wheel well.

if you didn't mind the humidity, move close to Houston, park your truck in my drive, work on it with me and then work on mine.

thanks man! what do you mean upper intake? when i polished the stock one? it came out pretty good, i changed it when i intercooled it. all that elbow grease sitting in my basement!

the plan is to find a texas girl! haha the chicks around here are stuck up and self centered. hoping ill have better luck down there with somewhat proper ladies, or atleast cool chicks. hahaha

upper intake is the part that bolts to the 'intake' with the 10mm bolts. the first polished job you did BTW. sittin' in the basement? are you holding out? think you're not posting all what you're saying.
lots of 'cool' chicks here but a proper one is a girl from Canada, like i have. go to your local hospital and hit one up!

i took the polished intake off, its in my basement. i have a boat 6.5 upper intake now with the intercooler setup.
cool chick will do. hahaha

well i got a new cb, the front lights on mine went out years ago and i think i fried it welding the new cab mounts....its nice having lights work on my cb so i can see at night. figured id need it for my trip.
i just got a new job but dont really want to take it, may just pack and head to texas....barn living is getting old, but i have been getting tons of shooting done. haha. got a trap/***** machine, so much fun.

anyways, looking for a job in the ft worth area now, got enough money to drive down and pay for a month or so in a motel....anyone looking for a diesel mechanic?

i just got a job at ups, im in, fully vetted for Springfield mass...i was going to work a year there then transfer to Texas....but i just saw they are looking for mechanics in Dallas! so i have the hr lady trying to get me that job, if i do, or i get another offer anywhere down there ill be down in a few weeks! my birthday is April 1 and i really want to be there before i let another year of my life be wasted here in ct.

and the hr lady could not get me in down there....applying at other places down there now. think its time to man up and just go! i like everything perfect before i make a jump, but im starting to see i wont lose my gut, get in shape, save alot of money, have the truck perfect and ready to go, etc....at least all at once and in the next year or two.....trying to nut up and just go for my birthday, take a chance and try to find a life to live
