No problem man, any reputable machine/ welding shop should be able to spin your drive shaft for ya and make sure you're in spec. I'm lucky, we've got a shop locally that'll make any size or shape of driveshaft you want, pretty quickly too.
any shop cannot do that, theres more to straightening and balancing a dirvehsaft than any old person from a random "machine shop" will understand. if the u joints broke at one point, regardless of anyone says they drivehsaft isnt true anymore, it needs to be inspected. u joints could still be to blame if not installed properly. and please dotn use hose clamps, a straight driveshaft should barely require any weight, adding more will make things worse, plus your unaware at what angle youd need wieght. a good shop could have a driveshaft done within the day if they had a clue and were honest at what they do.
for your sake of not beign able to borrow a vehicle id suggest finding a way around that, otherwise with severe runout can deplete the life of rear end and transfer case. i dont imagine you have time to lose on that either.
