Or.... Try cleaning the fogged up lenses. Buff the plastic with a soft cloth and lots of insect repellant, followed by a rinse from the hose.

This is better than doing nothing at all, and if you are on a tight budget start with cleaning the lenses.

There are many ways, some better than others. Chances are that with the age of the bulb housings, the reflectors are getting poor.

I myself had tried many options including blinding hid's. Was running aftermarket (garbage) look a like housing where the beam scatters after 20-30 feet thank god I work for a collision center for the dealers and picked up oem lights for 200. And with the 4hi mod and Sylvania Xtra vision bulbs it's the best yet not blinding anyone and can see great. The only change I made was putting relays in the factory harness so the lights pull power from the battery and taking the load off the headlight switch

that's all you'll need and the best case scenario we have for our trucks...unless you want to look like a friggin glow worm and blind everyone to look cool......i have a similar thing going on for my truck. lots of good input from lots of smart folks too:

LOL...yeah, I'm the bad guy. :D Wasn't the only one that noticed the guy is a nitwit. But that's OK; y'all can run this place like FSC if you want to. It's getting the same group of morons filtering in. It's been fun.

Likewise. Please stick around Richard, you've got a ton of knowledge to share about these trucks.
