I have a 96 K1500 with the 305 in it. My Spark Plugs started carbon fouling real quick lately, I changed the air filter, PCV valve, spark plug wires, and of course the spark plugs. Also, getting the correct fuel pressure when I tested it. However, two days ago it wouldn't turn over again, I pulled the plugs, cleaned them and replaced still nothing, so I got new plugs but didn't change anything. The engine sounds like it wants to turn over but keeps flooding. Would appreciate any suggestions, thanks!

When checking the fuel pressure the pressure doesn't drop to 0 psi immediately after turning the key to the off position, wouldn't that indicate that there is not a leak in the injectors and that the fuel system is working correctly?
