that does look good. congratulations on the hard part.
welding, to me, is fun. having a good machine takes all the frustrations out of it. i have a crappy MIG. when it works, i enjoy it.

Thanks!, and yeah welding is one of my favs, alls i have is a big lincoln stick, getting a gas mig here soon so that'll be nice, all the welding ive done has been all mig, my first and foremost choice to go with

found out intake gasket is bad so basically it ****** out water from the top end so cant run her real long after topin off the resivior lol, not too bad of a fix so prolly throw a new one in their for the meantime till the 12v shwap but heres the motor when i went through it at another shop last year, still sittin pretty till i get to it lol (pic is attached on next post)

pickup still sits at the 4-5" mark, waiting to finish the 8" lift all around till after cummins swap to see how much that motor is going to weigh it down, basicaly waiting on a shop to do anything, im real ocd when it comes to my pickups, so dont like doin all my work outside like ive been doing for 3 years lol, my dad is building a fully equiped shop in a couple months here so ill be able to do everything inside and nicely done

Started on a double din head unit swap, got the detail ss DIY kit all glued up and have the actual stereo wired in just waitin for the different SEM paints to come in from the parts store, Got a
AVH-X4800BS for a stereo and also in the process of upgrading all speakers to nice JBLs so setup should be pretty bitchin

Started polishing some aluminums i have had, to mount with the 35s instead of the steelies im currently running

Also got a steal for a set of 20x10 wide moto metal chromies wrapped in 38x15.5 mud grapplers for 450 bucks with bout 40-50% left , keeping them stowed away till the bigger lift and so none of my buddies see them and get a bright idea or somethin lol, (they all have wheelers and currently i own the biggest set of rubber with all three of them tied at 37s)

So basically if i had a shop earlier on i couldve been way ahead and driving it around but dad had to be cheap and put it off, but hes finally building a nice one here real soon so hopefully i can get this pickup driving good before i graduate high skool

Yes 16s and those wheels were pitted soooo bad took two passes of sanding with 180 and 360 grit then two passes with the buffer set on bout 5,000 rpm with two different polishing rouges, really into detailing, polishing, and painting stuff since i been doin it for a long time, and yeah i so cant wait to get that motor in there!

Thanks! Only have had time to get the 4x6s in the rear pillar in and still have to do the 6.5s/tweaters in the front doors and also need to fit another set of 6.5s in the rear doors since the pickups didnt come with rear door speakers, just by having the rear pillars in though they sound clear and crisp, not the most expensive or the cheapest speakers but they sure do sound damn nice, another thing that helps is a small amount of amperage more than what your headunit will put out, you can buy small wattage amps for a good price and it gives it a good backround noise instead all that treble
