i cranked them when i first did it, and had to rebuild front end few months later, since then i dropped front, yet still have bad axle issues, id say like everyone else.....if you want it big, go sas. i will say i love the ride still, smoother than my car! friends got a lifted dodge and says how nice it is every time he rides in my truck. It has a 6" suspension turned all the way down to roughly 3" as in no bolts in the adjusters and a 3" body lift to make it a 6" so I could turn it up to a 9" but if I have to turn it up it'll wear the front end out and ride like pure crap. And I would love to get the 14" to take my body lift off and run at least 38" tires.Nickthehick how high are you turned up on your torsion bars
mine rides super smooth, smoothest 4x4 truck ive ever driven. even with the lift.Ok.i understand where you guys are coming from for use lonvetivitysas is better.my only question is I know it won't be car smooth but will it ride like crap and how will it handle highway speeds
52s ride awesome depending on how many leaves you run. Definitely a good decision on the sasOK I've talked with the whiplash people and prices everything out and I've been locked in my office for 4 hours on the phone and online with parts and the SAS is what I will have to do the ifs lift and all new front end will be roughly 6000$ so screw that that's not even including gears front LR rear or tires so I'm going to run 12" of lift with a sky SAS kit.and a panhandle bar with a Ford d60.i have seen where some say the skyjacker soft ride is smoother than ifs so that's nice.i do greatly appreciate everyone's help.first question is I've seen where folks say 52" springs ride smoother and add 4" of lift automatically
am I going to need to clock my tcase since I'll have 12" of lift so I don't have to clock the front axle?
