Well nothing I can find online, so I used a test light and a sunroof and battery charger to figure it out...

The long plug has...
Blue, light blue, black, tan and a brown wire...
Drivers window,
Blue is UP
Brown is DOWN
...this is only wires to that window motor, polarity changes in the switch panel...
Passenger window,
Light Blue is UP
Tan is DOWN
The Black wire is GROUND

The power to those switches is in the square plug.

One side of the square plug is Yellow, and a Brown wire...
Other side of the square plug is Black, Black, Light Blue, Orange, White, and a Black

The YELLOW and the ORANGE wires are POSSITIVE SUPPLY +

Top two BLACK wires are GROUNDED -

WHITE is LOCK
LIGHT BLUE is UNLOCK
....Polarities change in the switch itself, this is all that is needed to the two power lock wires...

ORANGE is powered by interior lights and illuminates the switches...

As for the bottom black wire, I've no freaken clue... I can't get anything from it.

Well, it might be correct or maybe not. But after messing with it for almost an hour... I can make each switch control a two wire electric motor (like windows and locks) work perfectly in each switch and even the interior light inside this switch panel.
Any added info on this would still be appreciated. Or if anyone has a clue about the extra black wire... Lol
