My black '98 has 255/40-20's on the front on a 4/7 drop. Rolled fender lips. They do rub occasionally. Usually at full lock & the spot that the hit is the bottom rear of the wheel well.
295/40-20's on the rear. Rolled lips.

How wide are your 20's?
What is the backspacing on yours?

8.5" & 10" Don't have the specs on the backspace. I told the guy what I wanted & for what & he handled the rest. (Steve @ S/D Wheels)
Wheels are in storage right now. They'll be outa there in the next couple of weeks or so. I've been stupid busy @ work, so that'll happen when I manage to get some time.
You'll probably want that info before then.
There's some other guys on here that are running pretty well the same set-up. Mind's blank! Can't remember exactly whom. Maybe they or someone with a better memory than me that knows them will chime in.

You're going to need something in the 255/35/20 or maybe 245/40 in the front.

My truck is a 2" spindle & a 3" spring with a 1/4 coil trimmed off with 255/35/20 it works pretty well but i still rub the inner fenders at times.

My specs are 20x8.5 w/ 5.25" backspacing w/ 255/35/20 front & 20x10 w/ 5.5 bs w/ 275/35/20 rear

Did you have to roll the front fenders?

I am getting ready to do a belltech 5/7 drop. Going to run a raceline 20" Static 5 wheel.

Not a fan of those fender rollers.
Or of the baseball bat method.
Seen more than couple of paint jobs/fenders messed up by those.
They work with the idea that a fender opening is perfectly round. They're not.

I've done a few with a bat. I think the trick is to do it slow and just roll it a little at a time. And warm the paint up with a heat gun first.

I've always used a small short-handle sledge and a rapid-fire series of nice firm hits. Works fine on OEM fenders. Destroys aftermarket. I fold 'em practically flat, have never had a problem with the paint, either. Your mileage may vary.
