I have a miss at idle and under light load I have done heads, injectors, coil, distributor, plugs, wires, tps, fuel pump fuel filter, ignition control module, map sensor and maf. I've also swapped my factory computer back in. so I'm lost any ideas? truck runs great otherwise.

I don't think there's anything left to replace. When you say you "did" the heads, what did you "do"?

They were cracked so I ordered new ones had a professional port and polish them took them to a machine shop and had them dress them. had help with putting them on because wanted to make sure it was done right.

Was the distributor set correctly, or was it a 'stab' in the general area?

Do you have a P030X code? Any codes? Have you checked live data or data logged to check your sensor inputs to make sure everything looks right? Stuck or sticking EGR can cause what you describe, though you generally get a code with the OBDII engines. Sounds like you've fired the parts cannon at this thing.

No codes misfire is completely random. no egr at all. it had cracked heads so I looked at it all as maintenance.

Could be the spider. That's what making mine miss, idle only. Check your fuel pressure at idle and cracking it WOT as well. WOT should be around 60. I replaced my fuel filter earlier this year as it was getting a bit plugged and the bump in pressure there made the truck noticeably less bad. The poppets are very sensitive to pressure.
