So Ive been trying to get it running all day. At first I had a fuel leak . Then I wasnt getting constant crank signal. Ive fixed those . But no go still .
I think it as something to do with the ecm thinking it has 30lb injectors and there 80lb.
Ive been playing with HP tuners and whoa.
Ill figure it out.

Call the service line, im not knowledgable with tuning software but im sure someone can help troubleshoot over the phone.

Grabbed a quick clip . I bought the bolts to bolt the turbo down BUT forgot the nuts . Im going to grab them now.
I had to use the L31 sensors to get it started.

**** 'em. I had my neighbor in my race car 2 weeks ago, he decided to fire it up at 1 AM. No regerts!

Ahh there used to it from me .Ill be in the garage some times late night cnc going cutting aluminum . spindle going 8000 rpm
So , I can start it now and it runs with turbo and ls3/7 maf. I had to switch to lq4 injectors. I had to many variables going on for me to learn at once. Still runs like crap.
Little by little im starting to understand hptuners. It has taken most of my free time past week or so.

I'm not sure that the ls3/7 MAF used the same OS as what you're running so tuning that will likely require driving and datalogging and asspain.

It doesnt, but once you understand what its looking for its easy to adjust . The lq4 uses a 5 pin maf. I already have mine working with the 6.0 lq4 ecu.There plenty of how to if you start looking.
I started data logging wide band idle - 1200 rpm sweeps for min or so. Its fluctuating between pig rich 10 to dead lean @ 21 .
I have to finish my cooling system now before I go farther tuning . I know It will run at least.

I played hookie today , stayed home played with the truck. This is where im at so far with the tune. Video below. Sounds good I think.
I also have coming an adjustable swivel coolant neck , magnacool flex hose. I have aluminum tubing I was wondering if I should just bend cut weld make my own hardline hose.
It was so odd , the 5.7 0411 and 6243 6.0 lq4 base tune where really rich to the point it wouldnt start when I started all this . I wounder if the ecm was seeing allot more air so it tryed to compensate by adding allot more fuel.
I cant wait to put a load on the turbo so I can hear the whistle.
Look what else me and a friend milled out the other day from a 80. Get em while there hot before the **** comes into office. Beowulf .50

Got alittle more done today. 2 days ago I went to my pic and pull . I remembered they had two diesel trucks there. I knew the diesel gmt400s used 2 bar map sensors and screw in iat sensors. Went there and happen to grab both with pig tails. Machined thread and tig welded a bung for the iat in just ahead of the maf. Ill be hooking the map sensor up tomorrow. Here are some pictures and the last video from my tuning session. Tuesday all the parts for my cooling system will be in. Should be driving soon.
