IIRC, Summit Racing's house brand headers are just de-badged Flowtechs. I'm sure there's probably something similar going on with the Jegs stuff. Can't be too bad, and the price is right. I wouldn't hesitate to try them out.

One question though, why mid-length? Personally if I were going to do something that required a custom mid-pipe I'd just go with long tubes.

Same midlengths i'm running, no issues. But for the prevention of future headaches, remove the heat shield on the passenger side, it causes a tight fit for the collector flange.
