Not possible in factory location. You have to raise the tank to lay frame, this puts the tank a hair above the bottom of the frame. Also puts it barely touching the lip on the rear bottom of the cab. On a stock floor BD you still have the same line across the bottom of the frame, but the new rails are a couple inches lower allowing the cab to come down a couple inches. That puts the cab a couple inches into the tank. Most people run a fuel cell, and some just throw the factory tank sideways in the bed... And a few even run a Blazer factory tank between the rear frame rails.
Only way to keep the factory tank in its location with a stock floor drop would to be having the tank sectioned, or raising that area of the cab floor... But then your entering the seats allowance of sliding back and possibly the drivers rear seat mounting point. You could raise the floor there and section the seat mount to accommodate for it... Be a lot of work tho.
