Hi guys! If you have swapped a LS1 computer into your truck you will need the computer custom tuned! At the very least the anti-theft system needs to be disabled and in many swaps the emissions equipment does not carry over so we have to delete all the codes for that permanently. Also many of you have custom engine parts, exhaust, wheels etc which all need to be accounted for in your tune.

I am a LSX specialist tuner based out of MA, I use a Mustang load bearing dyno to build my tunes and get real world data that I use to build my tunes for remote customers. I sell the MJE AutoCal which allows me to scan and tune any GM vehicle anywhere in the world!

We can also tune the 98-00 black box truck computers!

Got a question about tow/haul mode for the 0411 swap. I have already swapped in the 0411 from lextech 2 years ago and he activated tow/haul in the tune. I attached a momentary ground with a light. And it worked for like 6 months give or take, then lextech tuned me another 0411 to try and still doesn't work. I checked the pin C1-71 on the 0411and it does sense the ground when the bottom is pushed, so my question is does anyone know how this signal is sent to the trans or if theres a solenoid in the trans that could be bad that would prevent the feature from working.

Ok guys. I have a 97 c1500 suburban with 200k on it with a bad 5.7 vortec engine. I picked up a gen 3 ls with full engine harness and ecm a couple of years ago for another project just haven't had time to do. So im researching all i can on the ls swap. I was told the engine i have came from an 02 tahoe but the previous owner can't confirm it. Its a drive by wire set up with an ecm that has the blue and green connectors. The service # is 12576106 and the hdw # is 12570558. Can you guys help me out with what this actually came from and can i use it in the 97 sub for the ls swap? Thanks for your help. - Chris.

Get in touch with Lextech on this forum. He can help you out with the ecm pin out sheets to repin your vortec harness to the 0411 ecm, he can also hook you up with an 0411 ecm. If later on down the road you decide to swap an LS into the vehicle Lextech can also hook you up with a/c brackets so that you can your factory compressor in its current location on the 5.7
