And with great success (or hopefully soon to be success) an axle will be married to this truck. Sooner rather than later I hope

Brackets built and tightened down. Front shock mounts on. Front shocks in. Skyjacker M95. All lug nuts on and tightened and found a spot for the front flex hoses to get mounted to the frame. And because the downpipe wants to live where the shackle hangers are I am going to reroute it out the fender and down the outside of the frame. Thanks to Steve for the idea! Building commences again Tuesday probably.

Shock sticker on? Check. Trans crossmember built? Check.

I'll get a pic of the crossmember tomorrow or Wed maybe.

Today started on the fender exit downpipe

Should be finishing it tomorrow. I ordered some flexpipe and exhaust wrap to finish it off. It will go into a 3 inch hi flow cat, then up to 4 inch into a 4inch dynomax bullet muffler (essentially a big tube with perforations, what mufflering it does i havent the slightest) and then up the box and out a 7inch stack which with a steel guard and tucked in the corner i can still carry 4x8 sheets of drywall or plywood if i want

Sorry some of my posts/updates are all over the place.

Second part to the Feed the beast mod. Updated output size out of fuel filter housing and added a pressure sensor to the side of the housing

What is your spring/hanger combo? I know you've mentioned it, but I can't find it anywhere.

I don't have any pics of it yet so far, but the shackle hangars in the back are part homemade and part builder parts from TMR, same as the spring hangars on the front.

Leafs are 52's out of a 78 Chevy 4x4, and front axle is a dually Dana 60 Chevy Kingpin out of a 79 cab and chassis already loaded with 4.56 gears. Ubolts and plates came from WFO Concepts, as well as tierods. And the front shocks are Skyjacker M95's part number M9568 (34" extended 20" compressed) attached to factory axle mounts and to Ford Upper Shock Towers

And everything is held together with Grade Hardware except for the leaf spring center pins which were changed out for Grade 10 socket head cap screws M10's I believe (may have been M8) anywho, the factory locater holes on the axle perchs have to be opened up to fit in
