Good price. I was putting gas in mine a few days ago. A guy there ask if I would sale my 97. I said no. not really. He said , if you would sale it, what would you want for it. I said well, its not really for sale, but if I did sale it, The price would be $6500. I said it was painted in Oct. 2013, it runs grate, uses no oil, and has no issues what so ever, plus its a 3 door Silverado. I have a blue tooth stereo, with a 680 watt amp pushing 1 Sony explod 10 in a box under the back seat. It also has a new Viper alarm with keyless entry, and everything in my truck is in good working order, all the way down to the lights inside the power window switches and door lock switches on the door. Plus it has performance up grades. He says, oh I hear you, you know what you have. I said yes exactly. Maybe my truck is not wortn that with 226,000 plus miles on it, but to me it is. Try to replace it with something else that runs as good, and looks as good, and you cant for $6500

Not a horrible deal if it's legit... But I wonder. This is one of those I'd have to take a real hard look at. That's a lot of rust and dents for 58K miles. At the very least it looks like it's been parked outside most of its life, which can really do a number on things.

The frame and/or cab are sagged back pretty good really. 4500 just seems to be the go to price on these lol.
