Thank you, I have a couple hours between school and work a few days during the week. I'll try that when I'm picking at it, some

I tried the wrench on a wrench thing a couple times this week, but didn't have any luck. I bought a set of crows feet today and tried using those with extensions, that didn't work either. The only other idea I have left is to put a crows foot directly on a longer ratchet and try that, or buy/borrow a longer wrench, but I'm trying to finish it this weekend, and I didn't see any at Sears when I went tonight.

Any other suggestions?

Other that that, the only progress I made was disconnect the get hose, loosen some lower intake bolts, and disconnect the heater hose from the connector. I have been able to loosen the heater hose connector, if even break it. My bigger channel locks keep locking to a bigger setting, and my smaller channel locks feel like they will break before the connector does. I tried using a 7/8 and 22mm wrench on it, but both were too small. I went out and bought a 23mm and it was too small. My buddy thinks he has a bigger wrench, hopefully he does.

Everything was going well, now these two things are holding me up, haha

I don't have any further advice, just use more leverage, I don't think it's in a place you can heat with a torch unfortunately.

Well, no more attempts on the bolt yet, just got home from work, and I'm about to go out for dinner. But, I decided to bring my oil filter socket set home, along with the other tools I'd need, to see if any were big enough to fit the heater hose connector. My 27mm fit on it.

So, I put the socket on my 3/8 ratchet and used a hammer on it. I was pretty convinced I was going to break it anyway, so I wasn't too careful.

It didn't really break, surprisingly, haha. Just left a bit of thread behind.

Do you think I'll still need the disconnect tool to work the threads out, or should I use something else? Also, does the hole go to the lower intake?

Got the lower intake off and cleaned up! But, as always it's one step forward, two steps back.

There's a chip in the manifold. Any ideas for fixes? I heard epoxy should help

Yes, I'm told JB weld should be fine. I also have people saying that that could cause the gaskets to blow out again. They gaskets that we're in there looked like they've been changed before
