The part numbers for 5100s that most sites list probably aren't going be short enough to work properly at stock height. I'm sure Bilstein makes something that would work, but you'll probably have to call them and get someone who knows what they're talking about.

Any reason you don't want the HDs instead? I'm running them on both of my stock height trucks and I'm very happy with them.

They will not work at stock height. They are close to bottoming with 2 inches crank.
