How does one remove the box with the jack and other tools which is under the backseat?

I took one bolt out but I cant tell if the long bolt that allows for tightening of the entire box together comes out from the inside (if so, how exactly, wrenches dont wanna fit in that tight spot?) or if you spin it out from the undercarriage of the truck, as in the nut itself is welded to the frame, sort of like how the bumper brackets work...any help?

Reason I want to remove this is to put an underseat sub box in. Thanks

Long bolt that fastens the box together should have a small hex head on the top. I dont know the size off the top of my head but once you find the right size it should unscrew

Yeah, really small head on it - better to use a high quality adjustable wrench that you can completely tighten down on it, or even small vise grips - because that sucker has threadlocker on it, and is sometimes a real SOB to remove. You don't want the wrench to slip.
