Do good prep.
Make sure to get all that crud that used to be the foam off first.
Don't cut the material too small or too short. You can always make things smaller. Hard to make them bigger once cut.
The front corners where the visors go will be the biggest headache.
Make sure to let the glue get almost dry, slightly tacky. That way, if the material gets a wrinkle, you can lift it up with a snap of the wrist.
Have patience.
Other than that, follow the directions in that thread & you'll be golden!
If you get into it & are experiencing some probs, hit me up with a PM & I'll be glad to help.

Make sure you wrap the material around any edges that are not covered by trim. It's easy to get carried away trimming the extra material with a razor blade and cut off something than needs to be folded over in order to not have an ugly edge.

Learned this one the hard way. I was doing a headliner for a friend and I "assumed" there was a piece of trim at the front edge. Not so much.

Headliner is covered and installed..... My headliner board was the GM cheap tissue paper headliner and it was tough to reinstall without issues... I ended up with just one small wrinkle when glueing but when I went to install it, the board folded on the edges a few times and I ended up with a few more wrinkles but all in all I am happy with my first headliner cover.
