With the dropped hangers, they mess with the pinion angle. You'll have to add pinion wedges to correct that.
1.5* ones worked for mine. Fat end towards the front of the truck.

Thanks! In my sig, it's at 4/6.
Now it's @ 4/7.
These trucks need a 3" dif. fr./rr. to ride level.

im not concerned about any pinion angles. this is for a trailer i hope to be building. im going to use a gmt400 frame and long bed, the paint and add flairs to match my truck. my truck sits to high to drive my mower in the bed and the only other trailers i can use are my old mans 24' deckover and a dump trailer. both are stupid heavy (6000+ lbs empty) and both look rediculous with just my mower on them lol. plus this will actually be my trailer.

yup! i mow yards in my spare time and push snow with it in the winter so its got to be mobile. i figured if i found a tall topper i can use it as locking storage and to move the mower around. ive had alot of people poke fun at the fact that i haul my mower around in a run down dump trailer or truck bed. so i figured id build a nice trailer over the winter.

edit: one that will match my truck lol

Since this isn't going to be under power I would just do all the stuff from scratch. No pinion angle worries = flip the axle without buying anything. Notch the frame and use cut-out pipe for the brace...

Worrying about a manufactured flip kit for a non-powered axle is a waste of money IMO.

I'm looking at doing a 3/4 drop for the rake and lower(I know 4/6 is better and easier but I want to keep my Rallys). My only real problem is tire size I don't want the tires hitting the fender and I really like there current look they are 265/70/15. Truck in the sig to give you some estimate on how much room I've got.
