From a metallurgy standpoint the aluminum body f150s are junk. They use 4000 series aluminum which is a silicone alloy, and 6000 series which is magnesium and alloy. These are both good strong aluminum dont get me wrong but when theyre this thin and used like this pretty much anything as small as a bump from a door (like careless people in a parking lot) will leave a dent. It just isnt strong when its that thin. Also while aluminum may not rust, it does oxidize. If you dont take care of a paint chip itll oxidize and start to pit then be just as ugly as rust. Also you still have to pay a butload more for it.

Hers the thing about these stupid chained bumper "pull-offs" they don't prove **** except for who has better traction. I'm willing to bet if he does take you up on the offer to hook up he will floor it first to prove his point, once his tires spin you own him and can drag him all over the place.

Right, a pull off accomplishes nothing. Far too many variables. You'd be better off if each of you hooked up to a loaded trailer, or dozer, or big rig (in neutral) and timed a pull from A to B or 0 to 60 mph.
