Hey guys, searched around but couldn't find a matching issue. I picked up 2 in drop spindles and 3 in drop springs for the front. Flip kit for the rear. All from DJM. The rear installed fine no issues. As well as the front installation, it installed smoothly. I started to drive the truck around for a few days and noticed the front wheels were bowing inward from the bottom. When I jacked the front end up the wheels moved back into correct position. After about a week my tires were almost completely gone on the outside. These were brand new tires btw... I jacked her up again and removed the 2 in spindles and have been riding around no issues. Although, the front end is still visually too high I want to put the 2 in drop spindles back on. But I do not want to run into the same issue again.

Any Ideas will be greatly appreciated!

BTW I'm rolling around on 20's not sure of the details or brand.

Silly question but since you didn't mention it...alignment performed after you did the install? Critical step. Also really helps if you have someone do the job that understands suspension geometry, vs. going "by the book" (or "by the computer" these days) - because factory specs generally will not work once you're dropped. I find the old school shops are best for alignments on dropped stuff, even if some of them give you attitude about working on your truck. They're the ones that understand what it takes to make it ride, steer, and wear correctly.

EDIT - reading further into it now that you swapped stock spindles back on, the problem is gone? Finding that difficult to reconcile as the spindles should not cause any issue stock vs. dropped. Are you 100% sure the ball joint studs were fully seated and the nuts properly tightened? How's the overall condition of your suspension parts, particularly the ball joints?

UCA's had the knock-outs done? Although...the way the wheels sit would be affected with or without the spindles if they are not done.
