The wheels on the regular cab square are aftermarket - made by Eagle. They're available in 19.5" and 19"

The steel wheels on the other two are "Frito" 19.5's, they pretty much weigh 60 lbs each! They were used on heavy GM step vans that were most commonly seen as Frito Lay delivery trucks. They can be a little tricky to find but there's more than a few out there as those vans get retired and scrapped out. They have the regular 8x6.5" bolt pattern and a very quick way to spot them vs. the 10 lug 3500HD wheels is the 8 luggers only have 4 hand holes, vs. 5 on the 3500HD wheels.

That green crew cab is one of my old trucks. :D I do not recommend the 19.5" trim rings, those came from Ricksons, and were prone to popping loose unexpectedly. They looked good, but I didn't trust them to stay on. Oh and by the way you can buy the 8 lug 19.5" wheels brand new from Ricksons but they cost a fortune. Find used ones.

Unless you're stock height or lifted, you may want to look into those Eagle 19" direct bolt wheels so you can run low profile tires, because the shortest tire available in 19.5" is the 225/70/19.5 and it's 32" tall - so in other words, a hair taller than the typical "big" 16" dually tire, 235/85/16.

If you go low profile PLEASE get at least XL rated tires so you're not running your heavy truck around on P- or LT- rated tires. They're not up to the job. XL is even sketchy if you're going to carry real loads.

Here's those wheels on an older Frito van, note this is one of the metal bodied units (aluminum?) and they did continue using the wheels into the newer vans with the fiberglass front ends, though there are also lighter duty models that only got 16" wheels. The newest ones moved to the big 6 lug pattern and I'm pretty sure are Isuzu chassis now, also seen some as Mercedes/Freightliner/Dodge Sprinters.

Another shot of my green crew cab, without the trim rings. The wheels are hubcentric and take the standard dually clamp rings so you can still use the conical seat lug nuts that most GMT400 duallies use, which lets you run the external thread style and attach standard GM center caps.

FYI the tires on my green truck are 245/70/19.5 which are monsters at over 33" tall, that C3500 has a 3" body lift on it.

I passed on the set since I couldn't find any shorter tire than a 225 series which is taller than my stock 215's. It's a good deal all 6 for $100.00.

Yeah, no way for a shorter 19.5 tire. That's why those 19" direct bolt Eagles are so interesting. They're still not a good offset for slammed trucks though so you gotta do work to make it happen.

$100 is a killer deal for a set of 8 lug 19.5's though, no doubt! I think I sold mine for $600 but it's been a while so I can't remember.

Gravedigging! How heavy are the stock 16" dually wheels? I just hung my spare last night and was shocked at how heavy it was with the dainty 225/75/16. 32" is exactly what I'm after, but I suppose I should research the price of 19.5" tires before getting my hopes up.

No idea what the 16's and tires weigh but here's the 19.5 with a 245/70/19.5 Goodyear on it - almost 120 lbs !!!

I actually did this yesterday to my 98 k3500 cab and chassis. Had a set of 235/85/16s on it that were starting to get kinda rotten and my dad bought a old 2000 Workhorse step van from Ironplanet. Had a nearly brand new set of goodyear 19.5s on it that he traded me. I can't remember the exact size but they fit perfect without rubbing anything. I still prefer the look of my 16's but the 19.5s are growing on me especially from how rotten my 16's were. Don't have the best picture of it with the 19.5s but heres a couple

They'll almost surely be 225/70/19.5, that's what you see as factory size on most of those vans, on 3500HD's, on F450's, etc. very common size.

The ones in my pic above were 245/70/19.5 which are considerably taller and wider.
