What kind of power are you looking to make with the 496?
Are 5 lugs going to hold up to the tq?
The engine is rated at approx 575 horse and 650 lb/ft torque. I don't see why the studs wouldn't hold up, this isn't going to be a race truck or anything, mainly a street cruiser.

We'll see, I actually have a GPS speedometer in my summer toy that I could always borrow and wire in, it does accurate 0-60 times and 1/4 mile times.

Made a junkyard run and found this fresh arrival. The interior was nearly spotless. It even still had the original GM floormats, so I grabbed those for mine, since i'm keeping the interior as stock as I can.

Every time I see a nice seat, someone has kicked in the windshield or pulled a door so it got rained on lol.
