Has anyone done this? I can find pics of oobs duallys but none with my body style.

Here's those wheels on an older Frito van, note this is one of the metal bodied units (aluminum?) and they did continue using the wheels into the newer vans with the fiberglass front ends, though there are also lighter duty models that only got 16" wheels. The newest ones moved to the big 6 lug pattern and I'm pretty sure are Isuzu chassis now, also seen some as Mercedes/Freightliner/Dodge Sprinters.

Another shot of my green crew cab, without the trim rings. The wheels are hubcentric and take the standard dually clamp rings so you can still use the conical seat lug nuts that most GMT400 duallies use, which lets you run the external thread style and attach standard GM center caps.
FYI the tires on my green truck are 245/70/19.5 which are monsters at over 33" tall, that C3500 has a 3" body lift on it.
