I need it to run and drive to even determine if the 350 is capable of doing what I want lol.

So, transmission guy is on vacation, Pigpen is in jail.

Before winter I still need to get the following done,

New Distributor installed, Car Gauge Pro can help me with that. Hopefully it fixes the thing running like poop.
Fuel Filter, haven't changed it yet, need's to happen.
Tires, I'm undecided here, either 255/85 16's, or, I have a set of H1 wheels on the way and can get a set of the BFG Baja's for 768, so add another 250 to recenter them for Pigpen, it's almost a wash on price either way.
Shocks, need some, either way
Thermostat, fairly confident I don't have one
411 swap, have the ECM, just need to do it. I have a buddy with HP Tuner's who's willing, or I can ship it off.

That's the mandatory list, of course I also have an optional list, that will happen eventually anyway,
