Also never seen it say "MILES" next to the odometer either.

is it a stock cluster with white needles?

Nope, the normal cluster goes to 100. I've been driving GMT400s for 16 yrs now and I've never seen a cluster like this, pretty cool.

Not very common, usually overshadowed by the escalsde (120 mph) and police (130 mph) clusters. I found one in a junkyard ended up selling it locally for 80$

I've seen a few of these over the years, but I've only seen them with orange needles in trucks and SUVs. I still have not been able to determine what package/reasoning behind them over a regular 100MPH cluster - they do seem to be only in the later years (98+??)...

As far as redlines - I've seen 100MPH clusters with and without them, plus a host of other clusters.... Basically there are Gas and Diesel versions for Auto and Manual and there are varying redline marks for each. I've only seen manual clusters up to 100MPH and diesel clusters never go over 5k. Plus 95 is it's own year....

For instance, my 98 454 NV4500 truck had a 4.25k tach redline....
