With the viper security system i would have it installed professionally. Im not saying you not capable of it but i know if theyre installed incorrectly they can cause lots of stupid things to happen. I had a 2001 silverado with one and the PO installed it himself. That thing would make the alarm go off everytime you used the oem fob and it wouldnt let me start the truck half the time. I got tired of it and ripped it all out.

Did you ever figure out your cranking problem? Sounds like the same problem I had out of my Burb, try putting it in neutral and it'll prob crank right up. (I know it was a few months back, but never saw any answers)

Well we did a few things such as remove the viper alarm system installed by PO. And put in a new starter ect. Im not sure exactly what fixed it but i know we tried everything lol.

Anyways went to the salvage yard yesterday to look for a new seat base as my seat doesn't go foward and backward. Ended up having a fresh 2000 escalade. I grabbed the cluster and console. Aswell as a manual seat base. Dont have pictures of the console. As i brought it home and tore it apart. But here's the cluster
