A month later and no info?

The only difference I've noticed is the unit that has the top port lists is max pressure @ 62psi.

Anyone know the real difference out there.

Did you figure it out? I'm getting ready to slide a 5.3 in and I believe you are trying to do the same thing I have planned. I have a 95 z71 with a nv3500.
If I had to choose I would go with the higher fuel pressure regulator. It would see the max pressure when it looses vacuum

No, unfortunately information is slow around these parts and I haven't been able to put all my attention to this swap. So unfortunately a lot of time passes between times that I get to work on the truck, so I lose info and notes get lost.

Yeah, it seems as though we have the same plan. My engine is in, but im still hung up on the wiring harness. I got rid of everything that controlled the transmission (Im running an NV4500), the rear O2 sensors, drive by wire, etc. Now Im trying to hook it all back together and Im running into problems because the notes I had are gone.

Have you gotten into your wiring yet?

I haven't dug into it yet. I think for us the best way to make it work is to make the pcm a stand alone. The only thing I haven't figured out yet is cruise control.

I don't know what else the 0411 pcm would need to control.

Yeah, that's the route I've taken. I completely ditched the old PCM and will let the LS PCM handle everything. I've yet to connect the CC, so I cant help there. If you have any questions, Ill try to answer the best I can.

If you are referring to the LS PCM, I believe it controls everything. It even needs to know the speed of the vehicle.

If you haven't already, take a look at lt1swap.com and http://bbbind.com/tech_database.html

I've gotten a lot of help from those sites.
