The spring eye is on top of the shackle. Never seen a lift shackle for these, but I could be wrong. You could limit the contact in the front by running a stiff shock, but then, obviously the ride suffers.

Yeah I used to have some 1 in lift shackle's on my 95 they work well!

If your not gonna do it really soon, ima sell all my drop **** for near nothing soon... DJM springs, flip, notch, hangers, and shock extenders.... Cant get the spindles. :)

define "soon" and "near nothing" cause im not doing it till it warms up. my truck is too long for my garage. (means i need a bigger shop...)

I'm going to revive this long dead thread to prevent from creating a new one that covers some of the same topics.

I'm also looking at doing a 4/6 drop on my Ext cab but I'm wanting to use 2"spindles and 2" springs. I'm still running the factory chrome steel wheels so will my LCA need to have any more than just a lip ground off to fit in the wheel opening and allow for full steering?( I'm going with DJM spindles incase that matters.)
